Fundraising

HCYA is a non-profit 501c3, meaning none of the organization's income is distributed to our team members or staff as wages.

Everything we do is volunteer. Our funds are distributed to much-needed areas such as:
 

  • Scholarships for players and families

  • Tournaments/games

  • Renting gyms for practice

  • Coaches' shirts

  • Team building  

  • Traveling fees 

  • Training equipment

It really is that simple.

We are offering discounts on season fees to any player or family who has a donor (whether individual, business, church, etc.) contribute funds to HCYA Basketball. 

 

For the total amount a player brings in from donations, a player will receive a corresponding percentage off of tuition for the year. 

10% discount -> $400 donation
30% discount -> $1,000 donation
50% discount -> $2,000 donation

In return, we offer opportunities for the business's contribution to be publicly by featuring them on our website and social media platforms. We will also recognize a church or an individual donor's contribution with their consent.
